SUPER STRONG JUNCTION
- Double Pushed Fixing Process
I. THE PIN - 304 stainless steel pin
1) Aluminum alloy rim manufacturers generally use steel pin in
pin joint rim. Differ from these manufacturers KINLIN adopts
304 stainless steel pin in pin joint rim series. The 304 stainless
steel pin has characters of high performance in tensile
1 strength, durability and corrosion resisting. In addition to its
find and close thread, the 304 stainless steel pin effectively
enhance stability of the joint. (Please refer to photo 1.)
II. THE JOIN PROCESS - Double-Stamped Fixing Process
2) Single process pin joint is widely used in rim industries.
However loose joint is a common problem in this traditional
type of rim It has defect in stability. Loose joint is unable to
2 find out from the appearance of the rim. Subtle vibration
result from loose joint causes danger at times. (Please refer
to photo 2.)
Our solution to solve this problem is adopting Double-
Stamped Fixing Process. The first Process is stamping pin’s
end before the rim joined. (Please refer to photo 3.) Second
process is lacing the rim then stamp pins’ end of the other
side. Under this Double-Stamped Fixing Process rim is
accurately and firmly joined. (Please refer to photo 4 and 5.)

III. THE ADVANTAGES
3) For Single process pin joint rim, tensile strength of its joint is
around 200kgs, some even less. Rim under Double-Stamped
Fixing Process can uplift tensile strength to or over 600kgs.
This unique process can effectively eliminate weak point of
pint joint rims.

4) Sawing up joint of the rim that under Double-Stamped
Fixing Process, we can find the pin and hole is rigidly and
precisely joined. It effectively solves the vibration problem of
single process rim. (Please refer to photo 4.)
5) Firm and smooth joint not only provides rim a well-formed
appearance, it also decreased improper wear off that caused
by drop height if joint, and uncontrollable tremble while
applying brake. (Please refer photo 5.)
