DURA- ALLOY -- KLR60
Using qualified raw materials from reliable sources and adopting unique
refining technique, the KLR 60 is not just an alloy that similar to conventional
6061.
With fine-knit structure and steady quality, as a trusty and durable material, it
has been constantly applied to single and double wall rim products.
SUPER ALLOY -- KLM41
Special alloy contains manganese (Mn) and niobium (Nb).
The melting point of niobium (Nb) is 2300°C, whereas aluminum (Al) is 620°C.
Due to tremendous different melting points between these elements, how to
alloying is a very difficult task in materials science.
KINLIN developed the brand-new Super Alloy--KLM41, aluminum alloy
containing niobium, by unique technology and refining technique.
Equipped tight-knit structure and fine-textured surface specialty, this alloy
offers elongation twice that of conventional alloys. This material has been
successfully applied to the fabrication of high-end series products.
